Born on the 12th of December, 1977, Chinedu Ikedieze popularly known as Aki was born in Bondo, Abia State, Nigeria.
He attended the Institution of Management and Technology (IMT), Enugu graduated with a degree in Theater Art.
According to Chinedu, his journey to fame began in 2003, when he had it rough financially. His biggest fear had always been living a poor life, and he fought hard to make sure it didn't come his way.
Chinedu Ikedieze began his Nollywood career in the year 2000, playing minor roles in movies such as 'The First Nigerian Girl'.
He however rose to limelight after appearing in the movie, 'Aki na Ukwa' and then others such as '2 Rats', 'School Dropouts', 'Charge and Bail', 'The Tom and Jerry', 'Lagos Boys' and so on.
So far, Aki has appeared in over 100 movies and is a part of the television series, 'The Johnsons'.
