He is the 17th child of a polygamous father and hails from Ukpor village, Anambra State.After loosing his father at the age of 16, Obinwanne was raised by his mother and other relatives, and he holds a bachelors and master’s degrees (MA) in International Relations and Counter-Terrorism. He graduated with a distinction from Monash University, Australia.
Okeje founded the Invictus Group of companies, which engages in energy and other manufacturing businesses.
He also founded the Literacy Africa International to raise awareness about literacy problem among children in Africa while he was still in Australia.
In 2016, he was named among the Forbes ’30 Entrepreneurs Under 30 to Watch’ alongside other celebrities like Falz.
He was in February 2021, sentenced 10 years in prison for his involvement in a computer-based intrusion fraud scheme that caused approximately $11 million in known losses to his victims.
