How To Transfer Airtime Through The Airtel Me2U

Transferring airtime from Airtel to Airtel is very easy and fast. You can use the default pin which is 1234 if you don't have a pin yet.
But in case you want to change your pin, I'll show you how to at the end of this article.
• The first step in transferring airtime on Airtel is to dial *432#

• After that,a menu will be opened welcoming you to the Airtel Me2U. Select the Airtel to Airtel option [ 1 ]

• The next step will be to input the Airtel number you wish to transfer the airtime to

• The next option will be to enter the amount. I'll be transferring ₦1,000 so I'll just type in 1000

• The final step will be to input your pin. The default pin is 1234 so if you've not changed your pin before you'll have to us it.

• You'll be sent a confirmation SMS after a successful transfer. You can keep it as evidence in case the receiver denies receiving the airtime.

That is all for the first method. You can also transfer airtime from one Airtel number to another by sending an SMS to 432 using the following format:
Send, 2u [Phone Number] [Amount] [PIN]
ie. to send ₦500 to 09072979302, type 2u 09072979302 500 1234 and send to 432.

How To Change Your Pin

You can change your pin by sending an SMS in the following format to 432:
PIN 4832 to 432
For example, to change your password to 1242, the text sent will read - PIN 1242 432.
You'll receive a confirmation message from 432.
