Born on the 27th of June, 1965, Clem Ohameze is a top Nigerian actor and has been in the industry for over two decades.He started acting professionally in the year 1995, but came into limelight in 1998 after featuring in the movie, 'Endtime'. Clem has since then starred in over 500 movies.
Talking more about his biography and early life, Clem Ohameze grew up in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria.
He had his secondary education at the Holy Family College/ Baptist High School and then secured an Ordinary National Diploma in Mass Communication from the Institute of Management Technology, Enugu.
After that, he moved to the University of Port Harcourt in the year 1989 from where he graduated with a BSc in Sociology and Anthropology.
In 2010, he also studied at the Buckingham University, London obtained a Masters in Preventive and Social Medicine.
Clem is a member of the Actors Guild of Nigeria. He halted his acting career between 2006 and 2010 to pursue his political career, and has since then returned.
In 2007, Ohameze contested for an election to represent Ohaji-Egbema-Oguta Federal Constituency in Nigeria's Federal House of Representatives under the PDP.
His car was attacked, his cousin was shot and killed during the incident and his own life was also under threats. He had to abandon the politics and relocated to the United Kingdom.
