Born 30th April, 1960, the CEO of the Associated Transport Company (ABC) Transport PLC, Mr. Frank Nneji hails originally from Imo State, Eastern Nigeria.His transport company, ABC Transport was the first transport company in West Africa to become a public liability company and also popularized coach (luxurious bus) service on the West Africa coast.
He established the Rapido Ventures Limited, in the year 1983 immediately after NYSC. His business boomed when he was awarded a contact to supply a large volume of white boards to the Federal University of Technology, and has since then been thriving.
In the year 1991, Frank prepared his business plan for the transport company and then he approached the Diamond Bank for a loan and it went successfully. He used the loan to lease five Hiace buses to set up his transport company, the ABC transport. The transport company till today has grown to be very successful.
Frank is the Chairman of the Rapido Foods Limite (the producers of the Fibi Sausage Rolls), Mayfair Suited and Conference Center, Owerri, Transit Support Services Ltd (the Assemblers of Baw vehicles, Shacman and Forland trucks in Nigeria) and a good number of other ventures.
